The Just-in-Time Initiative is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, and is an educational, healing and legacy project dedicated to families who lost loved ones to murder. This group is formed in commemoration of Justin D.C. Cosby and Kenneth K. Rackley who both lost their lives to gun violence. Just-is a derivative of the name Justin and now is the perfect time to meet with others who need strength, support, education and love as victims families struggle to find peace and keep the memories of their loved ones present.
Our mission is to encourage, motivate and educate others Just-in-Time as we go through this journey of surviving murder and trying to find our way to healing. JUST-IN-TIME to embrace our past and not let our trauma last.
The Just-in-Time Program was founded in 2010 by a group of community members who recognized a need for more support services in the area. Since then, we have grown to become a leading provider of community support services in the region.
